CANCELLATION

Appointments can be re-arranged or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time without charge.

If you contact me with less than 24 hours notice then a cancellation fee may apply. I am sometimes unable to fill appointment slots on short notice and being a small business unfortunately cannot afford to lose out on income from appointments.

LATE DROP OFF OR PICK UP
If you are 15minutes late or more I may have to cancel/re-arrange your appointment due to the knock on effect this will have to the rest of the working day. I will always do my best to try and keep the appointment but sometimes this isn’t possible. A charge of 50% of the groom may be applied.

If you are 30 minutes late picking your dog up £5 will be added to your groom.

NO SHOW

If you do not show for your appointment you may be charged the full price of your dogs groom as I will not be able to fill the appointment slot in such short notice.
